Here's what I think you guys aren't getting.

Igor has a real job, just like (most of) us. He has almost no time for hobbies. With that time he makes your products. That takes all day! He then has to sleep. Personally I can get responses from Igor, if you have any questions, PM me and I will ask him for you.

That's a huge can of worms to open - yikes - wouldn't want to own your PM box after that post.

The truth of the matter has already been posted MANY times.  Batch 1 and 2 are out-the-door.  Batch #2 was shipped using a different carrier than Batch #1 - so I would expect to see Batch #2 end up in Glenn's hands (for USA orders) very soon... I actually expected it would be this week but may be wrong.  Batch 3 is in production.

That's it.  Nothing more to say about it from Igor's standpoint - and he DID post on Feb 25th and update everyone.  Page 77 or 78 I think, if you need to check it out again.

It's just one of those things - you have to see both sides of the coin and know there isn't any more information.

LOL - I could liken it to ordering a package via UPS 'Ground' in the USA. Yea, you have a tracking number. Yea, you can track it. But once it's on the truck it takes time to get from one side of the USA to the other... and during that time you can call UPS 43 times/day and the tracking info will be the same every single time - 'Departed UPS Location'.

IF YOU'RE IN BATCH #1 OR #2 YOUR LASER WILL BE ARRIVING AS SOON AS IT CAN - IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.  IT IS EN ROUTE.  THIS IS NOT A JOKE.  THIS IS NOT A TEST.  YOUR LASER HAS DEFINITELY BEEN SHIPPED.  IT WILL DEFINITELY ARRIVE TO YOU SOONER THAN LATER.  IGOR STILL LOVES YOU.  THIS IS REAL.  LASERS ARE ON THE WAY.  OVER.  OUT.

not it doesn't , i trust igort as i said before but a detailed list will be the solution of 90% of email he gets. I don't have a reply from a long time and on 10/2 he said to me "Yours is being shipped tomorrow or the day after tomorrow at the latest." Because i live in italy and is not vert far away from slovenia do you understand why i am little worried about post service , 5 days will be the time to arrive from slovenia not a month, so i would only like to know if he really shipped those days.

I don't mind. I've got nothing better to do with my time. I've already helped Helioplasma. The time it took to do that? A max of 2 minutes.

I COMPLETELY understand. I know nothing more than I've already posted, and I don't think anyone else does either - save Igor himself. It's a weekday. He is working. Possibly out of town. Who knows... I'd send him an email until he answers or perhaps ask 'Th0ughts' to send him an email on your behalf.

If you're in Batch #2, your order only shipped about 10-12 days ago. Italy is not in the same country as Slovenia (last time I looked). This means your order goes through customs. If it has been delayed or held you can bet with 75% certainty this is where the hold up is.

If all you have to go on is Igor's reputation, then he said as plain as day "Batch #2 is ALL shipped." With that knowledge, you do know the status of your order. The answer may not be what you want to hear - but it's what is currently known. This week is coming to a close, and Igor has weekends like the rest of us. Perhaps he'll get a few mins to reply to your mail.

If someone *DID* receive the illusive 'Laser Instructions' that were supposed to get sent to people who ordered, I'd love to get a copy and I'm not going to try and email Igor for them as there are people who have legitimate concerns waiting to be answered...

im italian but been living in the uk for 10 years now...
anyway i have a friend of mine from italy waiting for igor's laser too....but we both know how italian post is.....still a month is quite a while.
we will get our gear soon, but i know what you think.....when?and most of all...has it been posted or not?simple answers that could make your blood pressure level drop down a bit would be reeeeaaalllyyy appreciated ;D

Per the above posts - it hasn't been "a month". It's been about 10-12 days. And you've had your answer many times over - yes it has been posted!

On the side : I shipped an MV Agusta fairing from my motorcycle to a guy in Italy (famous racer for MV) and it took 6 weeks to get to him. I have ZERO faith in Italian postal services. That fairing never made it back to me, and it was priceless as it had been signed by this guy... never hit US soil again. Lost somewhere in Italy and that was WITH a tracking number.
