I'm getting out of the hobby for personal reasons so it's all for sale as a single package.

Measured on my LPM @ 1468mW max and 1338mW after 5 minutes.
Solarforce Flashlight Host - aircraft grade aluminum
Water, dust, shock resistant; hermetically sealed
Class IV
Driver: Buck Boost
Optics: AixiZ 9mm glass – focus adjustable
NOHD: > 400 yards
Duty Cycle: Continuous
Body extension to use 3rd battery

3 off 18650 Li-Ion cells
2 off Single cell wall chargers
You can use either 2 or 3 cells with the body extension for longer running time - extra battery does not increase power.

LaserBee II 3.2W lpm with data logging software. Still has the original protective film on the LCD.

You might note that the output of the laser is with the AixiZ glass lens.

If the new owner swaps in a 405-G- type lens (an easy swap), the output would increase significantly

I just took a video of the laser igniting matches at 12' (the length of my workshop).

Given that each match ignited in 2-3 seconds, the effective range for doing this must be quite a bit further away.
It will cause retinal burns at 400 yards so this is not a toy and I want it to go to someone with experience on the forum or at least 18 years old.

Steve were the matches colored black,or just straight out of the box:thinking:

The matches had green heads and were straight out of the box.

I didn't even think about painting them black LOL - I guess they would ignite even quicker if I had done.

Nice thing about this laser is that it has 100% duty cycle - so you don't have to switch it off to cool down.

If anyone wants the LPM or the laser+goggles just pm me your best (sensible) offer and hopefully I'll get the $400 I'm looking for that way.

The LPM (Laserbee II 3.2W) was purchased new in December 2010
