I am interested in purchasing one of your beautiful lasers, however; I am not sure that they are entirely what I want. This may come off as a n00b question but I am one when it comes to lasers. Do the lasers burn matches and or paper/plastic? If so, how quickly do they do so. Again I am very interested in buying and would like to hear back from you. Thanks again

Any of the 1Watt and above lasers can burn. Matches and or paper/plastic are no problem.
Matches are instantaneous lid.
As you are new to lasers I suggest reading the safety stickies of the forum. And a protective goggles are also a must.
Lasers are dangerous and you must treat it that way.

Thanks again for the speedy reply and I am now a lot more interested in purchasing your product than ever. I am going to try to get my dad to get it for me but he is not satisfied with all the information I have given him yet. A few more questions (if you don't mind :/)
1. Are the lasers designed so that the lens can be replaced? If so, do you provide replacement lens?
2. What kind of lens do you use and if there are more than one?
3. (hopefully finally) What method of payment do you accept and is there a 100% refund garauntee?? (my dad is especially fixed on that question)

1. Yes, the lens barrel has the standard size thread. A replacement lens is very easy.
2. The lens is 445nm AR coated 3-element glass lens and is exchangeable to a G lens.
3. I take PayPal as payment. If you don't like the laser then ship it back and I refund the money. Shipping cost is not refundable.
