What you should know about it:
-VERY small - only 8mm x 10mm (x ~5mm)
-Is case ground (e.g. works for red and blu-ray)
-Is current regulated
-Up to 5.5 V output (needs testing)
-As low as 0.9 V input (needs testing)
-Range: 40mA to 200 mA (needs testing).  Will likely make a 500mA one as well.

I will send it thru some tests tomorrow and report back on its reliability.

Tentatively? $25 per driver to the Continental U.S., $3 extra per order to anywhere else to cover PayPal fees and shipping.

I will most likely be limiting these to orders of 5 per person per week since I am a graduate student and have a limited amount of time to hand make these.

The plan is that these are "made to order" on Friday/Saturday as long as I have adequate parts.  If I don't have the parts, it could take an additional week.

These are still untested, so as soon as they're tested, I'll start a new thread to start offering these for sale. And decide what to do about the above tentative comments.

I've tested the driver and have decided that they're not for sale yet.  The boards are boosting, but they need some stabilization before I'm comfortable with selling them.  Hopefully it doesn't require a redesign of the board (crosses fingers).

These boards can deliver at least 100 mA to a PHR from a single alkaline AA...hopefully more.

Edit: Stability has been achieved (I think), but the solution may come at the cost of redesiging the board. Since I don't want to wait six weeks for another set of boards, I'm seeing if I can find a better solution right now.

FYI, you will not want to run these off of alkaline batteries. They will die very quickly on you if you do.
