Everyone's focused on the red-white object, but in matter of fact it's the left hand strangely twisted that calls for a trouble. When that man woke up he probably felt like he was both right-handed:na:. Next time when he takes a nap in public transport after a hard day spent at work, a position to right side would be ... handier.
