The building is real, the "flush" is not.

I'm usually at least an hour late when I wake up "naturally" :o

The standing mat would not work. I'm able to wake up turn off alarm across the room, answer nature's call, and apparently fall back asleep without any memory of it.

The only thing that ever actually woke me up, was when I had a dog... a 10 minute walk outside will do that.
 
^I wake up naturally most of the times, weekend including, day by day, thanks to my built-in biological alarm clock. What turns me into a zombie mode for a limited time until my brain adjusts is the sadly known regular time change which happens twice a year (mainly the spring one:().

On the other hand...
