Emitter sizes in 520nm

Hi,
This is the first time i asked a question on the forum, anyway does any one know the emitter sizes for the NDG7475 and NDG700 in comparison . There both 9mm diodes so that would be the ticket am i correct? They are very close in out put some what..

If you have both diodes you could use a G2 lens in each and measure the focused bar at the longest distance possible, at 20 meters you will have a large bar, something like 30mm x 150mm with a NDB7875.

I believe the are both approx 14um wide.

If it is 14um wide, which axis, that's what I'd like to find and what the size of the other axis is.

yes i was thinking the same of the two axis i was looking at a diagram of how the two are positioned . But thats not doing me any good so far . I keep looking for info far and few between. Thanks pal ..

14um is the slow axis. The fast axis is much smaller, around 1um.

Does anyone have a source for this information? I'm specifically interested in the NDG7475.
