I'm glad to see you're trying to work out everyone's complaints, starting up sales from LPF is not an easy task

One thing I noticed with your site and the chart which was pulled from WL, is that it states lasers 200mW+ have "Tesla Cooling Technology" which was the name given to the TEC cooling inside the Spyder II series lasers.

This is something you may want to remove unless your 200mW+ lasers actually do have thermoelectric cooling.

Do you test your Lasers for output before you ship them? Is there something like a guarantee?
If you want to sell your products , which can be btw bought for less @ other places , you must be diffrent than the other companies! If you would offer a complete testing (average + peak power) and a datasheet (duty cycle etc.) for you lasers much more people would buy higher powered and cheap lasers!

But since youre trying , and your prices are OK IMO (Not cheap or expensive just normal) , youre on the right way.

My .02 is DHL+Lasers+USA is not a good combination. You may want to consider a new shipping company because there has been a lot of problems with DHL laser shipments getting confiscated or returned from the US.

TJ is right. In my experience the lowest the profile of the shipping package, the better.

not only in US, DHL is not also servicing some cities and towns here in the philipines, last time Susie of O-like had a hard time sending me the 100mw module so i guess better find a new shipping.

Btw, if your lasers will come from china, it is better that you have some stocks of your laser because people want their LASERS to be tested first. As to what O-like is doing. Test the lasers first before shipping them.

Yeah you are going to hear about O-Like a lot. This is because of their great service and prices. If you want to make a living here, it will be good to follow her lead. Or dont. Good luck!!!!

That brings up a point that you should bare in mind....
When a member here asks what the output power of a high powered green laser is, you must quote the "visable green" light power not the combined "IR/green" output.
In other words 180mw of IR and 220mw of green does not a 400mw green laser make

I agree, output power rating should be in the wavelength of interest, not with IR combined.
In one of elitelasers posts above they said
"I will check with my supplier what other shipping services they can offer."
Since they are checking with their supplier as to shipping services they can offer, it means that the products are shipped directly from their supplier to the customer and not to elitelasers at all, so if any testing were done it would be from their suppier.
Elitelasers is most likely only a drop shipper who never has any contact with the actual products.

yeah i agree.. unlike o-like.. susie has a supplier too but before she mails the laser, she will test it her self, together with her engineer. I guess,that is what we fear. If the factory is in china and the seller is in US.. it will be a hard thing to imagine...

Now, onto warranty fulfillment and tech support - oh hell, this was sorta turning into a "drop-shipper" thread, nevermind.

Honesty and Integrity in a homebuilt, Quality and Consistancy in a foreign seller (with the potential for a longer turnaround time) - thems the options, Amigos!

Inventory is everything, if you don't have it, you're just making money. If you DO, you're officially in business. Just MHO

Sorry for my late response, I was traveling back to my city now that the vacation is over.
About the "Drop Shipping", it's not like you explained to the other members. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we ship from wherever we have the stock and it's cheaper for the consumer. In that case, the buyer resides in the Philippines, which is a lot closer to China than Paraguay is to the Phillipines, therefore being more recommended a direct shipping.

As for our warranty, we guarantee that the laser output will not be less than specified, you can be 100% sure of that.

hehehhe i just found it out.. i intentionally ordered this BOBLASER (so called Quantum by elite) even a friend of mine who is at shenzhen China says that the quantum series is like BOBLaser's hehehhe i will see.. im going to test order this Quantum from Elite.. and this BOBLASER thing... if they are 100% the same. then its a BOBLASER thing.. just renamed to Quantum hehehhe.. Im still gathering more info about this on HELLEN of boblaser, since i know BOBLASER has the only hosts like those...


BTW, the reason why i susected elitelaser with BOBLASER it is because Hellen who is with BOBLASER was my former supplier until O-like and Rayfoss came out...

I'm glad they do. Now as for the reason WE chose DHL is because they are reliable, fast and easy to deal with. If you want I can send you the last 10 tracking numbers that I received in Paraguay, all shipped through DHL and delivered before their estimated dates.


If you like to investigate companies so much, why don't you investigate WickedLasers, for example, to see who is their supplier and why their lasers cost like 20x more than the average price. Or maybe with DragonLasers, who charges twice what we charge in our Store for a Green Laser Pointer. Maybe they have a different supplier we don't know about, go figure!



I must say I am really disappointed with this community. There is way too much aggression and anger where you don't need them. Some people (cough... Tech_Junkie) should probably consider therapy, but that's just my opinion. But I will tell you, time will prove you wrong.
