So can all the M-140 diodes can go up to 2W? Also DTR do you sell njg-18 drivers set up with leads? I want to build a laser like yours here. Ill probably wait a month or 2 but im just trying to figure out what i need for the build. I think i need jayrob's kit, a battery, an njg-18 diode, and one of your 445 diodes.

i am using a c6 aurora host en i want a 1W 445nm Blue Laser Module
W/Flexdrive & Three Element Glass Lens for Blue
but what kind of batt do i need to get 1w out....is 1 18650 enough or do i need 2 cr123a

If you are using a Flexdrive, which is a boost driver, one Li-Ion is sufficient.
You would need 2 cells if you were using a Linear driver.

Just a single 18650 will work great. Don't try 2Xcr123a's as that would be over the max voltage input of 5.5V.:beer:
