Driver?






Looks like the drivers they use for their green modules. Those look very similar to the drives sold on o-like. I don't think they are used very often because you can build you own for that price, or get a rkcstr/drlava driver.

They look OK. With the current range given, it would only be good for a PHR or a 4x blu-ray. Personally....don't waist your time.
 
It's most likely not similar to a green driver. There's an inductance on the board, so it appears to be a boost driver (voltage step-up). It's a shame these chinese resellers don't supply proper technical information, no way to tell what this might be useful for...

Could be a high efficiency buck driver too ? :confused:
 
They could of had a better pic, that one looks like it has already been fried.
 
A few weeks ago I ordered a few from Susie and I asked some questions...
I was told that the PCB parts were coated with a type of epoxy to keep
the circuit secret...:thinking:
I of course canceled my order....
I wonder if these drivers from Rayfoss have the Epoxy on the parts when
they ship...

It's common practice to sand the tops of ICs (remove the labeling) to hide what's inside. You can read something on the ICs, but googling these letters and numbers didn't turn up anything useful.
