What type of drill do I need to use so the aixiz module fits best in the heatsink? Sorry if this has been answered before but I need to find out quickly.

Aixiz modules are 12mm diameter, but they have huge tolerances, sometimes also 0,2mm or worse ..... if you're planning to build a heatsink for a labby unit, better to drill a 12mm hole, then cut it on a side and made a sort of "screw clamp" for adapt it, like this, as example (maybe more elegant 
)
If instead you need it for mount in a handheld, is better that you measure the module head that you have, then decide if you want to use a set screw, or just press-fit it in the heatsink ..... in the first case, make a hole the more precise possible, in the second case, keep it at least 0,05mm smaller than the diameter of the aixiz head .....
EDIT: just as suggestion, for the precision and smoothness of the hole walls, just do a hole like 0,5mm smaller than the one you need, then use a tool for refine it ..... we call them "alesatore", i think in English they are called "reamer", but i'm not 100% sure about this, sorry ...... anyway, more the hole walls are flat and smooth, better is the thermal coupling.

Just a question on that pic but how are you separating the grounds on those lasers?

I'm pretty sure that "reamer" is the correct term - you should ask Jayrob which ones he uses.

you could use a 31/64 bit its only about 0.011934055 to big from being 12mm.
It worked for me. just make a cut at the top and use the bolts to pull everything together, to close that small gap also some thermal paste will not hurt.

It's needed only using green together with red ..... my BR modules don't have, usually, the case connected to any polarity ..... also, i usually use this assembly for test one at a time, but if i need to use red and green turned on together, i use a small layer of Kapton tape on one of the modules.
It's this thing, it's very resistant to heat, and thin enough for left you thermally couple the parts (in fact, is the same material that is used for make flexibles PCBs, and insulators for transistor/heatsink coupling, this one is simply produced as duct tape with adhesive).
