Aixiz modules are 12mm diameter, but they have huge tolerances, sometimes also 0,2mm or worse ..... if you're planning to build a heatsink for a labby unit, better to drill a 12mm hole, then cut it on a side and made a sort of "screw clamp" for adapt it, like this, as example (maybe more elegant

)
If instead you need it for mount in a handheld, is better that you measure the module head that you have, then decide if you want to use a set screw, or just press-fit it in the heatsink ..... in the first case, make a hole the more precise possible, in the second case, keep it at least 0,05mm smaller than the diameter of the aixiz head .....
EDIT: just as suggestion, for the precision and smoothness of the hole walls, just do a hole like 0,5mm smaller than the one you need, then use a tool for refine it ..... we call them "alesatore", i think in English they are called "reamer", but i'm not 100% sure about this, sorry ...... anyway, more the hole walls are flat and smooth, better is the thermal coupling.
