- before you pay someone they talk to you non stop, but after you pay them they don't respond..

We talked for hours but after i pay them, they randomall stop talking to me I haven't heard from them for 3 days now...

Yikes....that isn't great. I hate it when that happens! Have they given you any indication that they have shipped, be it Paypal Notifications or otherwise?

Before the sale you're dealing with sales people, or a person whose goal is to get the sale. After the sale, you're dealing with the person who actually has to get stuff done, who has no interest in hand holding.

I run into this problem all the time with customers getting ticked off at me for not responding right away to their hundred and one questions...

I get to them eventually, but don't expect a quick of a response as when you're dealing with the sales guy who wants you to sign on the dotted line.

It shouldn't be a problem...when was the last email you sent him sent? How many have you sent since then? They are a busy company I am sure, but they have good customer service so just give it a little time. If you haven't sent him an email in 3 days it is possible that it got missed, maybe send one more if he has not responded by tomorrow.

But be sure to be polite, as being rude or scathing tends to not give the results you want. If you have further issues getting some sort of communication to occur you might ask Hakzaw1 for advice. Hak has worked with Jetlasers for a while now and may be aware of some reason why they would be out of touch at the moment.

Just my thoughts: Jetlasers has been good to everyone here on the forum and I don't see them stopping that anytime soon as it would mean a decrease in their business.

yeah, i've sent about 3 emails so far, and we always talked on skype to, but as soon as i done payment....Vanished.

i'll email again, and/or ask hak :)

What kind of communications are you expecting?

I mean Jetlasers sells lasers.

Only communication should be about the product, product specifications, warranties, delivery terms, and price.

All those can be addressed in 2-3 communications. How many have there been so far?

i ordered a pl-e all fine

he sends it to DHL (eventually)

its still at DHL

then he changes his my and prefers i wait for the new version

do i get my money back, am i pre-ordering it? who knows cause i don't

Well, if you want a laser, relax and wait. If you want your money back and it hasn't shipped yet, just ask and you'll get a refund.

How long has it been since you ordered?

Was delivery time frame discussed, and what happens if they are not met?

If not, you really have nothing to be compensated for.
