Hey c0ld maybe we should merge or lock these threads because it seems a bit awkward that you have to look in 3+ threads to take note of donations (;

thx for ur support jaseth we are in great shape for this month

new hosting costs more than 4x more but with $200 to $250 in donations in month the hosting cost will be largely offset, almost no different than before =) we are in great shape now

I realize the importance of your work keeping the forum up and going.

LPF is a great information source.

It would be nice if comments could be attached to the donation.

Then LPF names could be attached.

I do have some questions about how posts are selected to be "sticky".

Yeah I noticed that too. How are you suppose to know who the donation came from. I donated a couple of weeks ago and didn't even get a confirmation. Plus it took 3 days to go though for some reason. I don't care about the rep points but a "Got it, thank you" would have been nice.
 
thanks for donating, larry -- appreciate your support. i didn't create the vbulletin paypal donation modification , there isn't much i can do to change it really other than ask the author to add new features

stickies are almost always created based on someone asking me for it to be a sticky


if anyone disagrees about a sticky please let me know and i will remove it
