Hey scumbag!

Too bad that this happened man! I do think you have a genuine chance of winning the dispute.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MATTYD58!!!!

This a$$hole just opened a BS PayPal claim that he did not receive his item!

He has lied to PayPal, He's lied to me. Don't let this happen to you!

If there is an independent member out there who has had communication with him about this laser, would you please let me know, so that I can have this claim with PayPal closed quickly??

Just give paypal the tracking number of the package and you are set...
He was stupid making a claim for not receiving the item since for closing the claim you just need to provide the tracking info and you win it.

Did you get a tracking number when you shipped the laser to him, SBA? Send it over right away to PP if you did. End of his claim.

I did send PP the tracking number. The only thing that concerns me is that I didn't ship it requiring a signature.

Said it before, and I'll say it again.

Module was opened.

End of story.

Your responsibility as the seller, from a moral standpoint ended then and there.

I also find it exceedingly fishy that he didn't just send the laser back to you right away, since you offered to cover the return shipping.

Not sure how it works over the pond, but in the UK , you do have to provide proof of delivery (signature) .

I am pretty sure since his paypal address was (presumably) verified, then delivery confirmation is enough to prove the package was delivered.

He is a goofy looking ba$t4rd though!

I haven't seen the pic...

But I'm convinced that he didn't have the choice
of choosing what he should look like...
Perhaps posting personal attacks is not the right
way to go...

As to opening the "Not received claim".. he has
mentioned in a Post that he is dyslexic..

Said it before, and I'll say it again.

From what I read in the communications the reason he was not sending
the Laser back for repair was because the seller did not want to pay
the shipping to the seller...
Even if the buyer wins the PP claim the buyer will still need to pay the
shipping to the Seller.

Jerry, of course you're right about the way he looks. It can be difficult not expressing anger in a childish matter when one has been taken advantage of. However, he did choose to pose in the goofy manner he did.

Perhaps you haven't seen the updated OP at the top where I DID offer free shipping to him.
He hasn't bothered to communicate with me, since threatening me with a dispute thread-He went straight to lying to PayPal about not receiving the goods.

So, at least that part is germane to other members.
