For some reason I love building very compact lasers, I only just got everything in, I also love solid hosts so there is 5mm thickness all around, my heatsinked is a 20mm module reduced, the whole diameter of the host is 22mm,
The heatsink and driver pill were pressed on a vice with thermal grease,
This host has awesome heatsinking now even though it's small for this power,
It gets warm within a few seconds but that just means it's extracting the heat nicely, I used a 4.5a preset SXD and the diode a NUBMO6 was extracted from another build, Reson for the wires without a press sink,
This diode has me wondering why it's so similar in wavelength to my 7675s and 07 very strange it wasn't that tint when it was in my Led lenser at 3a must be the extra 1.5a,
The led switch was given a little over 2v so no more led, and I didn't want to resolder a new switch and modify to fit,
It's using 2 14500 Sanyo,s. Hope u all enjoy my work!
