Current options for "plug and play" host for 12x30mm modules with drivers?

I'm looking for a good simple build host for 12x30mm modules.

Looking for something 14500, 16340, 10440 powered.

Single Cell, 14500

I worded the title funny. The 12x30 module comes with the driver.

I want to be able to disassemble the host, solder the 12mm module leads to a board, assemble and be done.

Prefer something under $20

Hi,
If you look at my signature the two builds are single 14500 lasers. with a copper sink or even a Aluminum sink with focus adapter contact board prepped with two wire for just soldering two wires to your driver. Well not for 20.00 .. sorry wish i can help ..

More or less looking for a smaller version of the C6 host offered by Survival lasers. But for 12mm modules.

Hi,
This one is smaller than a C6 and it takes 1-14500 lithium ion battery and its a rear clicky. and they also come in black . I can machine a copper heat sink flush with the front or extended. Also prepped with two wires ready to solder to your driver and 12mm diode module.
