I meant real world stuff. I'm pretty sure i don't fit into any of the afforeposted categories because I never take anything seriously and I expect the same treatment in return. But you complain that phoning rather than texting is disrespectful, and that saying we want packs of one or two focus adapters is disrespectful. And there was a third thing that I can't remember.

Btw, i would apologise for bouncing this thread off-topic, but after all the off-topic-ing this thread's taken i don't think i need to ;p

Hmmm, that would have been disrespectful, but towards Stevie not me. I didn't take that personally - just wanted to make sure people weren't pressuring Stevie to donate more of his time than he signed on for ;)

Also, there are 460nm diodes? Why did nobody tell me about this!? How much did it cost?
 
Re 460, I'm just being overly ambitious and counting my chickens before they hatch. We'll see. Big MAYBE ;)
 
But isn't the signature for stuff that you have, not stuff that you want?

I'm going to put in mine "590nm 1 Watt in Hercules host with a tesla coil on the top powered by 1 AA battery knurled by GBD free-of-charge upon request".

:p still waiting on that phonecall.

Except that I actually HAVE this diode, with good reason to believe it lases close to 460. I just don't have the custom module to heatsink it with for a test yet.

I don't *think* you have a tesla cool on hand, and are just waiting for the Hercules host ;)

But I could be wrong.... :)

Well, I'm stretching it a bit though with the 589 in my sig.

It's paid for, and en route (I'm tracking it by the minute), but it's not technically in my hands for another few days.

That said, I have something even cooler than a 589 (IMO) en route but 3 weeks out, and I'm going to keep that guy out of my sig till it's actually here ;)

These are just focusing knobs correct? Not the implement for combining three separate- wavelength lasers? (as you teased on page 7, rhd).

I forgot to put my [joking][/joking] tags man. I was 110% kidding. I am jealous of your 589 637 etc etc etc. I'm not mad, and you are the least asshole on this site.

My comment was a complete joke, I am really sorry that you took it the wrong way. It was all in good fun, and just me saying, damn, I wish to god I could have those! But I am saving up, and will have a 589 soon. I hope the dragonlasers one works out awesome for you. That seems like the best deal on a 50mW 589, and I would like to get the same one as soon as I can!
