CNI GB 6th round!

Well I am attempting a 2 watt diode swap. This could be the secret. I'll keep posted in the review of said laser.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know, I'm still in on it. Still waiting for approval, though I think it's going to be a yes.

I will probably be sending you the money sometime this coming week if all goes as expected.

And it will be the same thing, 125mw black/gold CNI with goggles at a price you gave me of 220.83 USD.

How do you do it with replys like:
"Waiting for approval" ---- "think it's gonna' be" or " PROBABLY" ?????
How can you plan for ordering with "commitments" like this?

I am so pumped about this awesome laser you just sent me!

Glenn told me that he wanted to keep it, and get me another one, but that he just couldn’t do that. Because this was the one that he had ordered for me, and so he went ahead and sent it to me quickly… before he talked himself out of it!

I can’t believe this awesome little blue pen! Using a 3 volt, Energizer e2, CR2 Primary. Out of curiosity, I checked the battery current draw. It is much higher that I would have guessed. 790mA's... (rock steady)

It comes on strong at about 25mW’s, and is at 29mW’s with-in 5 seconds.

At 30 seconds, it is fluctuating between 22mW’s and 26mW’s. Then, as it warms up, it peaks at 31mW’s.

It settles at about 26mW’s after 1 minute. That’s why I labeled it at 26mW’s.

We all know that Glenn gets great deals on these GB’s, but to get one that is this over spec, is really a rare thing I'm sure.

What great character you have Glenn, that you sent it to me after knowing how rare it is! :)

I know it’s not much, but I’m sending you one of my Key Chain CR2 kits whether you like it or not…

Dave just built one of my Key Chain CR2's with an 8X at 441mW's!

Do what you want with it Glenn. It's yours to sell or what ever, but I think if you got at least a 6X in there, you might like it for a keeper! :)

Hey Jay, that is a pretty special host, maybe I can get a 8X diode in a few weeks for it! I sure would like to have a BR doing near 450 -500 mW! I bet I'll be needing a glass lens too! I like the jayrob 405 G-1 lens! Thanks! -Glenn
 
I'm so happy with my new Aquarius...

If you decide to go for the 8X, and need a 405-G-1, let me know, and I'll make you an EzFocus adapter for the lens to fit the Key Chain CR2. I'll throw in the EzFocus adapter at no charge. :)
