If someones laser is defective and he can prove that, we will replace that laser for free,no probelm, including postal mail cost and new laser. We can sign the contract.

This is NOT because i want to earn on them The laser all have a discount of 20/30 percent on them Including the costs for paypal fee´s and exchange rates. (Chinese Yuan)

This groupbuy will last a few weeks depending on how much interest there is. When we come near our order total i will enter a close date for orders.

Hey guys a quick update for new forum members participating in this GB! I have been discussing this topic with other experienced GB hosters.

LaserBtB will get a tracking number for each order, however to protect myself from scammers that are going to claim their money back from me all members up to Rep level 6 will need to send the money as a "gift". This is nothing personal but just to protect myself. All other payments via paypal will be refused. If you really have not received a laser contact me i will take care of the refund.

If however you do not want to send the money as gift and you want to bail out of the GB i respect that

Once you both get to the $2000 mark, is Kevin shipping the laser seperately to the buyers, or is he shipping them to you and you´re testing them before drop-shipping?

He is directly shipping them to you when i have all the orders i mail him the adresses + order + money. When you receive your laser and there is a technical difficulty you can mail him the evidence and get a free replacement. (ship the faulty one back)

Do you know if in the case of US member/customers participating in this GB. whether or not laserbtb will ship additional identical packages/laser shipments in the event that an initial first package/laser shipment is seized by US Customs?
If not can you find out/ask the proposed supplier?
I would like to order an HL 532nm 300mw with IR filter and perhpas a PL 650nm 1000mw but am reluctant to do so unless I know that I will eventually receive the product(s) ordered regardless of how many times an order is lost and needs a replacement order to be shipped due to "detention without physical examination" or seizure by US Customs.

Updated OP with weight of the lasers. And the FDA problem is solved! (see OP!) kevin also said there going to be removed from the red list and he is working on it. However he guarantees you get a laser

I see the OP quotes from skylaser/laserbtb mention only lasers < 500mw, Class IIIb and Class IIIa.

What about the > 500mw, Class IV situations?

In my case, I am considering a PL650nm 1000mw? Does your contact still guarantee to you that I will receive the ordered product in the event receiving requires replacement shipments however many times?

Did your contact say when skylaser/laserbtb expects to fully comply with USA Laws, Rules and Regualtions and be removed from the "Red List"?
I think is important for shiping to USA customers and to you as you are receiveing the money and are actually the person responsible for any refunds in the event of non-delivery.

Yep got this mail today! All the lower then 500mW powered laser have new FDA numbers. Will look in more lasers to add now.
