Yeah, appearing to sit in one spot for a week or more is normal with this type of shipping. Then one day you will check and it will be a couple miles away preparing to be delivered lol

I dropped off my notice off at the post office yesterday so I am hoping they just deliver it today. If they do I think there is a high chance of me running in circles out of excitement for a couple minutes.

Hi tsteele93, I am in the same situation as you, My tracking # was one of the first three produced, and from USPS I get the same message "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment", and from the Chinese tracking site, also the same message as you without the Schenzhen reference, just status "arrival at transit office of exchange" and destination "United States of America" ,with a date of 10/3/12. I am also very concerned about my laser getting to me anytime soon

Let's wait a like 1.5 week longer. If no laser arrives PM me and i will contact kevin. I heard some shipments take 3 weeks to a month..

That's a great idea, for I would gladly upgrade. Hopefully next time I'll have enough money lying around to buy something spectacular such as a 1W 650nm or >500mW 532nm.

Yeah i kinda opted this out because i paid 85$ once for three day delivery with fedex! That was so quick but sooo expensive :) I thought that you guys wanted to have these lasers as cheap as possible :shhh: But with every run you learn!

Only thing i have seen is good output's from this company! I also put kevin too heart that we as laser enthousiast/hobbyists are likely to totally examen the product on output divergence etc. And that he must personally test them before shipping to you guys!

I dont know if he did personally tested everything but i must give him creds for these REALLY overspec beauties :wave:

also look at my gift from smeerworst now :drool: :drool: The driver put out an 0.95A I jabbed a brand spanking new M-140 from DTR in there and thinking of putting in a G lens. Now this arctic laser is really emitting the love :wave: Probably more then they ever intended.

That is beautiful

Upon remeasuring, I actually now have a 277mW and a 457mW. This is awesome. Blord, I would not be surprised if yours breaks a Watt.

If anyone wants theirs tested, I will test yours for free as long as you pay for return postage.

What kind of lpm do you have? I might be interested as I need to have something to calibrate it against.
