Hacksaw and I both had them on at SELEM this year.
First day I wore the lighter GITD one (which is more yellow- and I prefer)
Second day I wore the darker one (more greenish but glows longer)
Several people asked and I directed them here. Don't know if there were any bites, but just an FYI.
I'm good for now on these, but on the next order I might get another.

I'm for keeping front the way it is.
For the back, BIG laser radiation symbol, with or without text, all for.
If with text, my vote is just for;

First, I apologize I didn't do any designing this weekend.. spent all Saturday reorganizing my garage and shed so I can keep the motorcycle in the garage with the cars.
Second, I'm not sure how awesome it would be to have the same thing printed on the back but larger... ? I don't mind the idea of a general official warning label type design on the back.. but of course, I will settle on what the majority wants.

I really like simple. A laser radiation symbol with nothing else, or perhaps just "Laser Radiation" or "Warning Laser in Use" would appeal to me.

Changing my vote... for the back, just largest size laser radiation symbol possible... maybe even larger size for the sizes L, or XL+?

I think the back does need to be different from simply a larger symbol. And the back is pretty cool. I will have to throw some design ideas up... just some simple radiation warning symbols or something. That way it will still be cool for new buyers, and something different for previous buyers.

I apologize I haven't been able to sketch up any designs. Been super busy. In any case, it's not hard to imagine the Laser Rad symbol on front and a big one on back.
