CLOSED * GB for OEM Laser Systems protective eyewear

I'm not sure it would make any difference. Besides, the whole point of this GB is to get certified goggles into the hands of people who need them. I would gladly wait a few more days to make sure that people who signed up for goggles get them rather than leave a few stragglers out to dry. One of the major selling points of this GB was that you could get certified goggles at a significantly reduced price. If some people get dropped for being slightly tardy in paying, it is possible they will be unable to afford certified goggles and consequently use their lasers without proper protection.

No disagreements there, I wasn't suggesting that it was cut off time or close to it (The coupon code is good til July 20). I'm having this (along with other orders) delivered to an out-of-state address, and I'm hoping that they arrive while I am there and before I leave. Otherwise, I have to make a second trip and be without them for a period of time myself. Also, this is my first GB, so I was curious as to whether such "payment windows" were laid out. If one person drops off the face of the earth, I can't imagine that it would stall a GB entirely.

I'm not rushing anyone, I'm just trying to plan accordingly!

I understand. I too want my goggles as soon as possible. I have been putting of assembling my 445 build until those goggles arrive, just to be on the safe side.

I too think it's a good idea to set a time limit to prevent any excessive drag, I'm not saying it should be tomorrow, but a clear deadline doesn't seem unreasonable. That way there's clear warning for anyone who's neglected to pony up =) Up to extelon/scopeguy I suppose.

We have received all the payments... I am requesting the final invoice from OEM now so scopeguy20 and complete the GB. I will update you all as I find out anyting. :D

Tony sent me a PM asking for my shipping address so he could send me the single-unit re-shipping boxes. Things are moving forward

Peace,
dave
