Cheap Galvo's off eBay






I will be buying those. I probably won't do a review in the review section but I will say good/bad in my scanner thread. She emailed me and said they are 20-25k. The shipping is 30 dollars but it gets here in 4(!!!) days from china. If you guys have any more questions I'll email her about it.
 
please keep us informed as to how well these are made & work, I'm looking for the very same type of equipment, thanks !

I will. My dad and i are ordering these saturday. I finished (the basics of) my box today. It is really nice. I took a bunch of pictures..Ill upload them later. Im ordering everything else today. Ill probably start a thread about my scanner sometime..
 
I figured out that the galvos EF linked are good. Here's the catch: They are good with the soundcard DAC setup. They arent so good with pango.
 
Not sure...The guy who makes the DZE breakout boards said that(not sure what his name is..). I was talking to him on AIM. They are laserpic.com galvos. Take a look at their website.
 
Yeah. Do you know how high off the "x" mirror is off of the ground on any set of galvos? The x on DT's is 20mm i think...
 
Hey Andy- could not find anything about this scanner on your website I have one too thats been waiting to be put together for a couple of years now. Is there any thing on there about it?-thnx-Hak
