Okay first and foremost guys I know I am fairly new here and do not come here a lot. With christmas around the corner I am selling my digital camera. Very nice Canon EOS XTi camera. This camera sells on ebay for around $400.00. I would like to trade for a nice green laser. My son is now into lasers and would love to get him one. What you see in the pics is what you get. Yes this camera is very nice. The close up pics it takes are quite amazing.

The lens isn't in the greatest condition from the looks of that picture and you are asking 400? I do realize that you said what you see is what you get but should at least add that the lens is damaged in the info just so its more obvious to others who may not immediately catch it. :beer:

Yes you are correct there is some minor damage on the plastic piece of the lens. However this does NOT affect the function of the camera and is merely cosmetic. I never once asked $400.00. I simply stated that is the going price for used ones on Ebay. I only wish to trade for a decent burning green laser.

Have you checked out lasersman.com? if you add them on facebook you can get a 300mW 532nm handheld laser for $176 before Dec. 31st!

This is a five year old entry level dSLR, and the lens does look to be in awful shape. Camera's probably been dropped at some point, probably on the lens.

Buyer beware.

Trevor I am not here to scam anyone. Check my feedback on a R/C helicopter website called RunRyder. I posted the link earlier. The camera has never been dropped. The damage is simply cosmetic.

It does kinda affect the function of the camera, you will never be able to use any filters or use the lens cap for that matter.

Okay guys I almost made a deal with a member here. He paid me and all. So before shipping I did one last inspection of the camera and noticed the auto focus of the lens isnt working. I immediatley told the member about it. The deal was cancelled and I refunded the money. However I would still like to get a green laser for this camera. I was researching a bit and you can get a new lens for this camera for around $100.00. If anyone still has interet in this camera please let me know and I would be willing to negotiate with you. It is a very nice camera, just needs a new lens if you care about the auto focus. It does still function as it should for manual focus and still takes awesome pictures. Thanks.
