i use the exact same dmm...

set it to the 2v setting and measure your current..
 
Did you ever find a conclusive answer to your PHR problem? Is it dead? Do you plan to rebuild it?

Ha definetly not.
I love lasers and hopefully always will.
I just finsihed my Test load today for red lasers.Im hoping it works!
Ill post some pictures up of it.
 
I threw some rep your way. You are more than deserving! I would really suggest you looking into some safety glasses though. I have had numerous cases of flash burn(welding) and such. It is really not worth the risk. That and you are much younger than most of the members. It would really suck to have vision damage before you are able to get your drivers license etc.

Well I'm glad you stuck with it and built something that works or will be working. Many people disappear after not having their hand held through the process after asking.
