Nope, all bluray diodes are 405nm, even on the ps3 assembly. Can you show me where you saw 413nm?
It is not a very big difference, but it would be very hard to find 413nm diode anywhere.

Let me summarize: min~400nm, typ~408nm and max~415nm. These diodes aren't perfect... yet.

it depends on how much power runs to it, it can go from 405nm to 408nm

You could always buy a xbox 360 hd dvd add on drive, they have 405nm diodes in em. $49.99, and has the convenience of being able to buy it at best buy.
