You could do this:

Order 2 batteries from here:

Get a AAA dummy battery from a member on the forum, and use a groove driver:

http://hacylon.case.edu/ebay/laser_diode/LavaDrive1.php

Then PM Drlava and tell him to preset the current to 420mA.

Or:

Buy a rckstr driver

Buy 3x3.7V AAA from link above.

Remember, the 3.7V cells are about 4.2 volts fully charged, and the Rckstr driver takes up to 12 volts.
So to be sure, ask him to remove the MOSFET protection (this way, it will take up to 16 volts).

And don't forget to ask him to preset the current to 420mA ;)

Or:

Wait and be able to use primaries ;)
BTW, batteryjunction is located in USA, so no slow China shipping.

I found another method!!!

Use this host! It takes 2 CR123A batteries that you could buy at your nearest home store (walgreens, safeway, fred meyer, etc.)
The rckstr driver needs 5V for reds, so you can use 2 of these, they are CR123A size:

Then you don't need to remove MOSFET protection :D
And you can use the Rckstr driver happily :D

And the great thing is, jayrob makes heatsink for this host, and has a full tutorial on this host :)

Never you mind! It doesn't matter in this case.

Oh, and when you are buying the flashlight, make sure to get EMS shipping so it arrives fast.

Correct, that's a duty cycle.
