This hobby actually eats you more money than lasers...

I've been losing weight. I started at 227 last November and am down to 202 this morning. I jog a lot and eat nothing =( I don't want to hit the gym till my belly gets flatter.

Are you really into it? Any pix.

I would like to start going to the gym,but it costs little bit and I'm kinda lazy, but I should go because I don't have muscles and I'm very thin.My weight is 50kg~

I used to go to the gym about 3 times a week to lift and I played sports on other days. You truthfully don't need a gym membership to be in shape and lift. I recently made the shift and am loving it. Saving a lot of money and time on not having the gym membership and having to drive.

I bought a set of these for $300 at sports authority...
Amazon.com: Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells (Pair): Sports & Outdoors

And a $100 one of these.

You can do pretty much everything at home if you have these two things, and they are space saving too. Combine free weights lifting with running, sports, and there are tons of great workouts you can do at home just using your own body weight. I never really felt uncomfortable in a gym, but being able to do it at home is so nice.
