Bluray 6x laser, 90$ shipped with battery

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

I usually run mine at 170mA, i'm assuming thats a decent current since none have died yet (or haven't gotten any complaints of premature LED)

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

JUST 170ma???

Push it higher!! ROFL

I believe Larry calculated 192mA to be safe for the SF-AW210
(or at least for the ones that don't go poof right away)

So I figured, 8mA over that should be fine...

Such calculations are AVERAGE of xx measured diodes.
Like I said: It's a lottery!
But the odds are on your side, however.

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

Just got 4 more of these hosts today!!

Gave one to my dad, cuz its the brightest flashlight iv seen so far lol (2x brighter than my mxdl)

So I'll make 3 PHR's with these. :)

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

Still for sale? I'm suprised

Yup, still for sale......

Someone buy this already lol

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

I just tested it. Took about 1 and 1/2 min

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

Are you going to use the same drivers on the PHR builds? Do you have a price in mind on them when done? mW?--great deal btw on this one--sooo tempting!!==;p hak

Re: 6x bluray laser for SALE!

I will offer $50.

Your kidding right.

Just FYI, I'm not desperate to sell these.

In fact, I'm keeping the price at $100.

Its a great laser and lots of fun. I don't mind waiting patiently.

I'm glad you had the good taste to choose a nice looking flashlight host. Some of those hosts look like, well, flashlights. This could pass as an actual made-for-lasers host.

Re: Bluray 6x laser, 100$ shipped with battery

No im not kidding... The diode cost $30, the driver cost $6, and the host cost $14. So you are trying to make almost 200% profit on a laser with an overdriven diode that is likely to have a short life? I think selling this at the cost of parts would be fair.

Im not trying to be mean but not even the reputable builders sell their builds for that much profit.
