don't know if this has been said, but it may be possible

in one side of the eye is the optic disk which all the veins n **** go through (imagine spaghetti down a plug hole)

if you have a strong enough laser to concentrate the heat there and destroy those channels it will break the connection between eye + brain.

Yes we discussed that possibility near the beginning of this topic.
Depending where it hit and how much damage it caused, etc.

Finally! Do you see what the police have done by making a laser that blinds rioters??

We can now take that "may cause blindness" off of the warning label and list it under features!
