I cant tell if he or ebay removed them, and he has not answered me on how the scam were to play out?

(I can't help wondering about his panda coin, but don't know enough about it to start asking questions.)
 
eBay does not send you notices before removing a violation listing...
They ONLY send notices after they are removed...

Good to know. Never had a listing taken down myself. From a seller perspective I think it would be nice if they let you know before taking it down though.

Sorry for the double post.....

Sellers don't carry too much weight with eBay... they seem
to lean towards the buyers.... You can see that with the one
sided Feedback system....
