I'm in. I'd like it in a PGL-III or pen host, preferably with a beam expander.

Not sure where to get enough power to fire this thing up though...

Pen's would be fine, but they would have to be chrome!
For this bad boy, I'd go solar power all the way. :D

Just chrome? I at least expected a 24k gold coating...

I can already see myself walking with the solar panel from my neighbours roof on my back. I wonder if they'll notice.

Boom! FTW.
I think the military will continue to pursue this technology; its realible and far cheaper than conventional ordnance.

Thanks for the link. I've just read about it on ships as incoming missile defense and a few watercraft targets. Hmm. I take two.

Until an engineer loads a few JiffyPop tins in one of the test targets I refuse to take these tests seriously :-)

If you don't get the reference - shame on you.

It's amazing to me how things that used to be purely science fiction are slowly becoming reality. Of all of mankind's history, we are very lucky to be living right here and now. However, future people will probably be saying the same thing. That is if we don't kill ourselves first.

It melted through the hood and through the intake... Most likly an aluminium intake! Over a mile away!!!????? Damn geena!!
