Anyone know what laser diode this is ? Possibly one of the mini arrays ?

I need to look at the newest projectors and see if one advertises some new mono-core light engine or something, hopefully it's an economy model.

Oh hell.................. As of June 2020, Casio no longer manufacturers projectors. Dam they were a main player.
These aren't for projectors as far as im aware they are industrial application. Maybe also for LEP flashlights.

Agree with @loreadarkshade
If you slow down the video x0.25 speed you can tell from the first diode (red one) is an array not a single diode
Most likely a NUBB24 or NUBB28
The real question is what is the model number for the red ones?🤔

The last test in the video was the 33W and the heatsink was already face down on the meter, but it's likely a micro array.

That's what I was implying , red NURB array, also a 30W blue NUBB array

Nothing special unfortunately, but as Darktron said, we haven't seen R and G micro arrays yet

Too bad there isn't a better picture of it. With a 3x3mm emitting area would it even be possible to focus it into a beam?
You can focus it into a beam, but it would be interesting to see how the coherence length really fares being it's an array. That said VCSEL's typically have good coherence length compared to edge emitting multi mode diodes even though they have short cavities.
These arrays are said to have a circular beam with 18 degrees divergence. :) Unlike our multi mode edge emitting blues with rectangle beams and uneven divergence with numbers like 15 and 45 or there about in the 5W range.
