ok so im looking for a anti static mat
but one that works( that some people are using) that isnt too expensive
so i found this AS4

would that work?
and would i be able to plug my wrist strap in its grounding plug?
or do i have to ground a socket and plug both in different "slots" ?

Just make sure both have a good connection to the ground, this doesn't have to be in different "slots".

Have you checked the Shipping costs too ??? it's quite expensive outside the US !!!

umh i dont use international shipping..

sooo can anyone answer my Q?

They are great .. I have the really big one from this seller for my lab table at work. I have it connected to the ground socket of a wall plug(after making sure the wall plug was wired correctly).

You take both of them and ground them, They can be grounded in the same socket as described and make sure you get a good ground contact (A little better than just a wire sticking into the ground, just make sure it's got a solid connection and it's not loose.) if it is loose in there and not a good contact to the ground your not properly grounded.
