Baaa, we get these same posts all the time, over and over again from what I believe are trolls. The laser hobbyist community is sensitive to this issue and there are people out there who know that and keep posting the "am I going to go blind?" posts.

To give this individual a benefit of a doubt, which he is due, I'm glad people are giving good advice.

Hey everyone! Thanks for all the helpful and semi-helpful pieces of advice. So I have not gone to the doctor, I am not a troll (just a person who was worried about going blind) and my eyes feel all better. To be clear, I was wearing safety glasses, but am considering getting an eagle pair to be safe. Thanks to RB Astro for the advice on what pair to get, albeit in braille (had to look up a translator for that). Happy lasering!

405nm is weird to look at. It does make some people uncomfortable, seems you're one of them.
