By who and for what? I doubt anyone has a case against him unless actually injured, though japanese law might be very different.
 
True Benm, i thank regardless of where at, people need to be respectful of the laser's they have and how they use them, as we all know, in the US it's people like the vid's on this thread that's making a bad rep for us that do the right thang.
 
Couldn't agree more on that, but i'm affraid it works the same way with many things. For every 1000 responsible users there is 1 idiot that gets someone hurt and makes the front pages in the process.
