A New Way To Clean Laser Lens !

OK, best not to speak up for yourself, he is an expert on laser stuff, very rarely is he wrong. Although I know he can be, I've seen him be wrong twice out of a few hundred posts :p

Yup, proves me wrong more often than not. It's not just laser expertise that Cyp has more of than most on this forum, he's very adept when it comes to electronics too. Not to mention he's really good at arguing... There are a small number of people on here that I'd call "experts" when it comes to lasers and electronics, Cyp is one of them. I certainly don't include myself in that category.

Yep, all true. He works as a engineering technician, I believe, in the laser industry. Also, he believes being right is more important than being kind, at least, in my estimation. Let's not talk about my own character please.

I thought he was a Cisco network engineer or some such...? Those guys are usually in a class of their own in my experience... Networking concepts that I have a hard time wrapping my head around seem to come naturally to them, and I'm pretty decent at what I do for a living. Same goes for some of the electronics engineers I know, watching them at work is absolutely fascinating.

Cyp, why've you got to be so mysterious? :D

He would argue that point.

The guy loves arguing even more than I do. :p

Maybe he is, laser technicians are far less common, so maybe. I don't remember where I latched onto the idea, but I think I saw something he wrote somewhere else.

Edit: I believe he would argue that point, I once worked with a guy who always wanted to argue points, any subject, he just wanted to argue. One day I tired of it and said "you know, I think you are right" and what was his response? "not necessarily". I gave up.

His profile just says "Occupation: Sr. Engineering Technician" which could cover a whole array of things...|

Some of us just enjoy playing devils advocate ... some too much.

Acc., you still with us in Los Vegas, getting late there. For that matter, Diachi too. I keep waiting for someone to ask me about my new avatar.
