A Guide To Buying Your First Green Laser

How dangerous is 100mW?

Anything above 30mW will hurt your eyes at close range, and taking a direct hit from anything above 5mW will cause eye damage. But that won't even matter if you're wearing goggles, and it's REALLY not recommended to burn/pop anything without goggles.

Have you owned any of those products, or do you know someone who has? I'm not as knowledgeable when comes to lab units, but I've never heard of the before.

So i wanted a decent 100mw laser for cheap, and this is the best i could find off the recomended sites www.rayfoss.com anyone have bought this and can give some feedback?

I would not recommend that laser, almost completely because of the battery source. With three AAA batteries, that laser will be below 100mW in no time. I got a 100mW from Rayfoss, and it was measured at 125mW average, 140mW peak.
