Yeah 3 times. One was for quoting a post of Arenareds full name, address, phone number, and Facebook page. Plus his picture LOL. The other 2 times were lies, and I was cleared after they were investigated.

LOL I did not know you have been banned before. Well I may sorta recall the arenared situation though...

To those I've let down in this recent failure, I do profoundly apologize. I've got nobody to blame except myself. I took on too much in an effort to be a value and of service to too many places at once and it's no surprise I failed.

I will continue to check from time to time when I find an internet connection my emails and such and will continue to offer up the Kenometer pro's and USB's (I have to recoup the R&D costs eventually) for those that are still wanting a good meter.

I will eventually return when I've gotten my tail from between my legs and decided to walk on 2 legs instead of the dog I feel like I am now.

I will mourn the loss of communication with the friends that I've built on this forum as well as the good humor and commorodory that is prevelant on this forum.

So, I wish you all the best and happy lasering.

Why did you had to beat your child? Thats so wrong. I can"t stand it...

If you had problem with you kids behavior, there is plenty of guides on internet and there s even a show on TV...


I still wish you some luck.
 
My mom would hit me with a wooden spoon, and in 1st-4th grade they had a paddle they used to hit the back of your hand. I had the distinct honor of being the last person they used it on. I made a fist before she whacked me, and broke the paddle in 2 along with my knuckle.

Anywhoo, things are different now. In Kens and my time, it was ok to give your kid a whack. Not saying this is ok to do, just saying it was not frowned upon 30 years ago.

Yeah... I have to agree with that... I had my share of smacks to
keep me on the straight and narrow... And I don't look back at it
as a bad thing... I think it helped make me who I am today...:cool:

Kids are kids, they need to be taught and shown the right path. There is no need to treat them like a dog.

I had a friend who will stutter for the rest of his life and had to deal with the social tension that it brought him as as a developing human.

The reason he stutters.. His father beat his ass for the smallest of infraction. Doubt he remembers it much though. Since the schizophrenia sank in, hes not the same person anyhow.

Hitting is for the short tempered and narrow minded IMHO.

Yep, a lot of us are out of work these days...

The economy is messed up bad. I have been off work for 1 1/2 years now.

I just got my contractor's license though. So well see if I can get a couple of jobs and get by...

I had the pleasure to see some untouched spoiled brats that would
definitely benefit from a single wake up call on the touchy...

A smack on the butt is a last resort and and is there to let the child
know what is waiting if the limit is reached after all else fails..

That is not a beating...IMO you never hit a kid like a dog...

BTW... I got a friend that stutters.... just because he stutters..;)

Exactly, if you beat anyone like a dog they are going to have emotional issues. Hell you can verbally abuse someone to have emotional issues too. I know, I do it all the time. :eg: I got hit maybe 4 times in a year, and it was only a single whack. I do think time outs work though. Nothing sucks more then have your time wasted doing nothing.

I didn't beat my child senseless. I slapped his mouth when he called me a "stupid f*cker, I hate you!" My parents woulda beat the pants off me for doing the same thing. I'm not saying my response was the correct one, but I'm also not saying that I believe spanking is wrong. My child is in a special class because his behavior is so bad.

As a parent... one needs even more control with kids....
I know for me I would have probably done the same thing...
instant Action-Reaction without thinking first..
