I sent the seller a message asking if he had an LPM to prove this laser was in fact 5 Watts and he said he didn't own a laser meter and I shoul come try it out to see how powerful it is. I really have my doubts on this one..
Unfortunately I also don't own a LPM or I would love to go prove him wrong.

If it truly can be ran by one 16340 cell.... no.

It would not be 5W.

200mws tops.
 
LoL. Never ever. This host takes the small green modules that are outputting max. 200mW.

My 400mW greenie takes 1700mA so a 4000mW greenie would need about 17A.

With a 5W green he also would not need to point at the tabacco. It would set the white paper of the cigarette instantly into flames.

Nice to see another laser owner in Edmonton.

I'm sure this guy knows his lasers are way way under the power level he advertises them at. I really wish I had a power meter to bring over there and set him straight. I hate it when people get away with false advertisement :gun:
 
I challenged this guy on this and now I see he has re listed the same laser as 200-500mw.
 
Exactly. As I said before, this host is using the small modules with max. 200mW output. So by saying a small madule you also know there are also bigger ones for more output that don´t fit into this host. This laser is doing something between 100 and 200mW and is way overpriced.
 
yeah i saw that and immediately thought "total bull". i dont even think that host can even support 10 seconds of duty cycle :crackup:. a handheld like that would even surpass Laserglows Hercules! in other words ---> just not happenin.

If it was over 1w it would be waaaaaaay brighter on camera. With burn speed, I would guess 200mw approx.
