In case you didn't know, >5mW pointers aren't allowed on ebay. Because of this, sellers call all their pointers <5mW whether they are or not.

You seem to think you're getting <5mW for $90 when in fact you're getting <50mW for $65.

He's just saying that on ebay they are more expensive.
 
Please tell me once you see one with a star cap (back open).
 
So this is a completely different diode than the 445nm right?
But almost the same color?
