The 575s and 577s got discontinued by lasence quite a long time agoThat's happened each time so far I've tried to get a 575nm or 577nm from Alibaba... I was hoping the 589nm would be a more available and mature product, fingers crossed!

Which is 593.5nm in reality. There are also 591nm lasers. I got one for ~ $75.

People have already checked and so have I. These are the classic 1064+1342nm SFG’s from years ago that have made an affordable resurgence. Ironic considering this method is actually less efficient and more unstable than the 589’s. And they were more expensive than 589’s too. These modules are still unstable at low temperatures but I haven’t ran into mode hopping like they normally suffer from.I'll have to check that with my spectrometer when I get the chance.

Nice! SHG of both Nd:YVO4 lines. I see 532nm, but as for 671nm I haven’t observed it yet.True, all my "591's" are just 593.5's. On a spectrometer I can even see the green (532) and red (671 I think) lasing at the same time as the orange.
Nice, those are pretty cool. You may want to move the measurement lines a bit to the left lol. Oh wellThis thread inspired me to attempt a wavelength measurement using a cheap Amazon spectroscope. I don't think I got an accurate measurement, but it was fun to try. The lasers are 488, 505 and 591 nominally. View attachment 78009View attachment 78010
