Hello folks Just finished another build. Its a 470nm diode/5.0A SXD with ramp up with a G2 lens. iI modified a 2 - Dc cell Mag light with a Ed Crouse heat sinki had made some time back and i also had the custom focus adapter made by Ed also to my specs i sent him. Sure miss that man :( . Antway here are some pics of the build.

how much power did the laser put out?
duty cycle?
and beam shot comparion next to 445 please?
 
Hey 215 I put a few bucks away no and then. I like to keep stuff in stock so when i want an item like wire ,drivers,diodes,springs pills all kind of stuff i don't have to always order it and wait. I would like to see your upcoming build when your done.I just ordered a couple more hosts from Budget beams some 24Ga. wire. Ill be posting some of my completed buils in the General section soon.

The 470nm build is posted in the Blue laser section check it out it has the LPM showing the Wattage out Tomfire...

Amen to that my friend! Soon as my money is here I'll be finishing around 3 or 4 builds! I have tons of stuff laying around so it's time I put it to good use! I actually have the sr5 host on its way from budget beams. Think I might put a 462 in it. I'm saving up for an LPM from nospin . I hope to buy it next week.

Nospins LPM are great I love mine I treads past 5W. Glad to see you have some buiids coming up cool. You be surprised a few things here and there how they add up. I have an SR5 coming to from Matt. That one is getting an PLTB450B diode
 
Its the NUBMO7E open can sorry guys little excited. These get warmed up fast ill take a temp reading soon on it. It is a cool focus adapter i had holes drilled through so the beam can be seen .
 
that is just sick. All of this cool stuff and me with nada so oh well i can live through you guys that build this cool stuff
