Any of the cheap companies like boblaser or yotang, you are playing the lottery. These lasers will be bottom end and untested. You might get a good one, but you are more likely to get one that modehops, has bad divergence, has a large IR component to its' output, is unstable, and rapidly falls of in power. Buttons break quickly and contacts break off or tarnish.
As I said, you might get lucky, after all some people do win the lottery ... Can you afford to do the equivalent of burning your money in the barbecue? It is unlikely that you will be able to return the laser, or get it repaired. I would suggest extensive reading of our reviews and companies sections before flushing your money down the toilet or burning your money ... I have had bad luck with these cheap low end lasers. Stick to recommended suppliers or risk 100% loss of your money. Buy a laser from our B/S/T section instead.
EDIT : You need to budget for protective eyewear as well. These lasers are not toys and can damage or blind your eyes, or the eyes of a friend with you. Would you use an arc welder without a welding mask, no ... Goggles are necessary for high power lasers when burning or doing other close range tasks, or anything with a risk of reflection.
