You are probably out of luck and not going to find any being sold from within the UK to customers within the UK,
To much trouble for very little profit/no money to be made with thousands of Chinese resellers on the internet offering at low prices and free shipping.
Have not seen or heard of any resellers of of high power hand hald lasers in UK in last 10 years and none are manufactured in UK + EU wide limit is 1mW or less.
People in UK who want them buy from overseas sellers and import them.
Doubt there are going to be any for sale in UK over 1mW or less.
Bottom line: A laser from Sanwu or JetLasers gets to anywhere in the UK in 3 to 6 days via DHL wothout any problems so, you are not going to find any sold within the UK
Additionally advice of the UK authorities and Public Health England is as follows:
"PHE advises that the sale of laser products to the general public for use as laser pointers should be restricted to Class 1 or Class 2 devices which should be classified in accordance with the requirements of the current British Standard and should be sold with sufficient accompanying information to enable the user to operate the product in a safe manner. Toys should be Class 1 or of such low output that they do not need to be classified.
PHE advice to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for Trading Standards authorities is that if consumer products containing lasers are restricted to Class 1 or Class 2, eye injuries are unlikely to occur. Class 1M, Class 2M and Class 3R laser products may be acceptable for use by consumers where the manufacturer has concluded that the accessible laser beam is necessary for the intended application and has assessed that the risk of eye injury is very low.
Trading Standards Authorities may use their existing powers under the General Product Safety Regulations 2005
[footnote 4] to remove laser products intended for consumers of Class 3B and Class 4 (as defined in the British Standard) from the general market. However, it is recognised that consumers also purchase products direct via the Internet and while on overseas holidays, which is difficult to control."
