Common sense would dictate that is indeed the case.

After all, buying and selling (and associated trashing, err, "merely [challenging] a selling price") should not (and usually does not) take place outside of the Laser Pro Shop and B/S/T sections.

But taking the piss out of other members is perhaps another issue altogether. :crackup:
