What a GREAT DEAL If I had the $$$ they'd be SOLD already Unfortunately, I don't :'( :'( So someone else will be able to scarf-up this FABULOUS BUY. The violet uses the green CR2s from DX (they're 3v according to DX) but it will run on pretty much any battery up to 12v since it's powered by a lavadrive.

Ya you can use the CR2s for Marios build, im getting a Blu-Ray and red soon   cant wait to get mine, hes just waiting on parts and the drivers >.< i cant wait to get them   Good catch. You could probably use the rechargeable CR123's since DX is where we get most of our batteries, i think

Give the lava 12v and it'll blow up!!!!! It will accept 2.5-5.5v!

The difference is size.  Both are 3V (in primaries).  If you are using the rechargeable form of them, the voltage is higher.  The CR123 is larger
