I have a VERY affordable offer here. This is for a 1070mW 445nm C6 laser.
It uses a 3 element glass lens, aluminum heatsink, aixiz module, 2 16340 batteries (not included) and a GITD dust cap. The laser meters just over 1050mW.
This is a great price I am offering at $70 SOLD and will only be selling this one at this price.
The diode is a decanned. There is no window there is no can.
Thanks for looking.

Re: 900mW 445nm $80

i would, though i just spent >200$ on a camera lense, so my funds need refueling. this should go very quick, especially at this price! btw, i would highly recommend this since i have bought from yobresal before (when he first started making these and had aluminum heat sinks instead of copper)

Re: 900mW 445nm $80

I am interested, what driver is it using ?

Yeah at that price this was expected. I wish I could sell them all this cheap but it would hurt my piggy bank.

Re: 1070mW 445nm $80 (new one)

I am offering a decanned one now at $70 shipped (no batteries)

Zdark, yours isn't decanned. I listed the decanned one in the same thread, just changed the info and price.
To answer your question though decanned is when you remove the cylindrical metal tip and glass window that cover the internals of the diode. Some diodes (mostly red laser diodes) come like this and we call them "open canned" That is essential what I have done to this diode.

What is the benefit of de-canning a diode? Also, how were you able to do so without damaging the internal parts of the diode?
