100mW for $38??

I would say buy it. I mean, it really doesn't cost all that much. 50mW for only $38 is a great deal, and if you don't get a good one, oh well. I would suggest giving it a try, but only if it is worth the risk for you. I mean, mauswiesel has had some good impressions.

You should modify it down. If it's 100mW to begin with, even tuned down you'd probably still get at least 50mW.

i bought a 100mw from ebay about 2 weeks ago just before they took them off and it got through with no problems

was the seller already in the US? if yes than it doesn't even go through customs if its already in the country, and if the seller wasn't in the US then you were lucky it didn't get confiscated
