A wrap and a half or two of teflon tape on the threads of the lens keeps it where you want it while still allowing you to refocus.

Aluminum heat sinks only right now until the copper heatsink supplier comes through.
In post #823, Luke said there were 7 left. Send him a PM.

1 aluminum left. Copper heatsinks are in and are awesome! Just had to send all my glass lenses back to aixiz for replacement as tge order I received are just glass. Not 405/445nm AR coated.

Awesome! I'll have to try that (with proper eye protection, of course). I am that bored guy that always pushes the envelope with cool new toys. This may very well be a new coolness peak! lol:wave:

Does anybody know if the GITD tailcaps on dealextreme DealExtreme: $1.89 Glow-in-the-Dark Silicone Tailcaps for Flashlights (14mm Green / 10-Pack) fit right onto the axiz modules, or do they require modification? It looks like there is a nipple in the middle on the underside of the tailcap. Does that needd to be removed? Yob is waiting for his new order to come in, so my 445 isn't coming with one.
